Privacy notice

Information you share
When you submit an inquiry, Phasma Solutions receives your name, email, optional company name, and the message you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss your project, and keep a record of the conversation. Please avoid including confidential business records or sensitive personal information in the initial inquiry.
Website and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and request logs to deliver and secure the site. When the contact email service is configured, inquiry details are sent through Resend to our business inbox. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.
Bookings and social platforms
Booking links open Cal.com, which handles the details you enter under its own privacy notice. If you contact us through a Meta lead form, we receive the information you submit so we can follow up. Facebook, Instagram, and other external services have their own privacy practices.
Measurement
Links may contain campaign parameters to identify which advertising message led to an inquiry. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views and test-page interactions, including successful inquiries and booking-link clicks. A first-party cookie keeps your assigned landing-page version consistent for 30 days. Session storage prevents repeated test events within a browser tab. Test events contain the version and campaign labels, not the contents of your inquiry. We also use the Meta Pixel to send PageView events when pages load, Lead events after successful form submissions, and Schedule events after confirmed bookings through our embedded booking page. Meta may receive the page URL, referrer, browser and device information, IP address, and advertising cookie identifiers to measure advertising and attribute website visits. We do not configure advanced matching or send inquiry form contents through the pixel. Meta handles received information under its privacy policy. We honor Global Privacy Control by not loading the pixel, and you can turn off Meta measurement on this browser below. Browser restrictions and ad blockers may prevent some visits from being measured.
Heatmaps and session recordings
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand which parts of our pages visitors view, click, and scroll through, and to improve the contact experience. Clarity collects interaction, device, and usage data and may use cookies to connect visits. Inquiry forms are masked in recordings. We do not send form contents or personal identifiers as custom Clarity tags. Clarity is not loaded when Global Privacy Control or our measurement opt-out is enabled. Microsoft processes this information under its privacy statement. You can disable Clarity on this browser below.
Access and retention
We use inquiry information for business follow-up and related records. Information may remain in our business inbox and service-provider records while needed for those purposes. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop further follow-up, contact us using the website inquiry form. We may need to retain information for applicable business or legal obligations.
